Back in January I climbed Kilimanjaro and through the generosity of many supporters raised over \u00a33000 for the Kwale Eye Centre in Kenya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am currently back in Kenya and next week will climb Mount Kenya, Africa\u2019s second highest mountain, on a 4-day hike from West to East. I\u2019m told it\u2019s tougher and colder than Kilimanjaro, and the El Ni\u00f1o rains that have been battering Kenya will add an extra dimension!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I thought it might be too soon to squeeze people for money again, but a number of friends have asked how to donate and it\u2019s such an important cause\u2026 So if you want to support that\u2019s great, but don\u2019t feel pressured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For technical reasons we can\u2019t use GoFundMe at the moment, but donations can be made via Eyes For East Africa\u2019s own website. If you do donate, please tell me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
